Apprenticeships
We are passionate about investing in apprentices and have been training the next generation of skilled professionals in our workshop for years. Our commitment to apprenticeships runs deep—our own directors, David and James, both started as apprentices, and our female Sprayshop Manager also began her journey with us this way.
As an apprentice at Cumberland Group, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside highly skilled joinery manufacturers with years of industry knowledge. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects for high-profile clients, setting you up for a successful career in construction.
