Cambridge Science Park provides the headquarters of Amgen, the worlds largest independent biotechnology company. Cumberland worked in conjunction with Project Managers Turner & Townsend and Mechanical and Electrical Consultants Couch, Perry & Wilkes to complete the remarkable refurbishment of three buildings within the Park, covering a total of 35,000ft².
This large project consisted of full mechanical and electrical upgrade works, new partitions, decoration works, flooring and ceiling works throughout.
Cumberland adopted a considerate approach to the project working in a live environment, responding quickly and professionally to client requirements, whilst delivering an impeccable service.
